    At Raj Digitech we value transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for payments made to us. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

    1. General Principles

    • All payments made for services are considered final and binding.
    • Since our services involve professional time, intellectual effort, and digital deliverables, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
    • Service Not Commenced: If a project has not been started and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
    • Duplicate Payment: If a Client is charged more than once for the same service.
    • Non-Delivery of Service: If Raj Digitech is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, and no alternative arrangement is acceptable to the Client.

    3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
    • Client changes mind after services have commenced.
    • Delay in deliverables caused by the Client (e.g., failure to provide information, approvals, or content).
    • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., “I expected faster results” when results are influenced by external market factors).
    • Services already delivered (SEO work completed, campaigns executed, websites developed, etc.).
    • Advance or retainer fees (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

    4. Process for Requesting Refunds

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to 📧info@rajdigitech.com.
    • The request must include: invoice number, service description, payment method, and reason for refund.
    • Raj Digitech will review refund requests within 10 business days and respond with approval, partial refund, or rejection.

    5. Refund Method & Timeline

    • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
    • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
    • Any transaction or processing fees incurred during payment or refund shall be borne by the Client.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    The maximum liability of Raj Digitech for refunds shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

    7. Amendments

    Raj Digitech reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
